On June 20 – 22, 2016, Kenneth M. Morgan and more than 120 other real estate professionals participated in ICSC’s Strategic Leadership Summit and Federal Fly-In in Washington, D.C. Mr. Morgan and Congressional officials discussed issues impacting the retail real estate industry including e-fairness, tax reform and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
