On June 19 – 21, 2017, Kenneth M. Morgan and other real estate professionals participated in ICSC’s Strategic Leadership Summit and Federal Fly-In in Washington, D.C. Mr. Morgan and Congressional officials discussed issues impacting the real estate industry including potential reforms to the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Federal Tax Code, as well as e-fairness.
