ICSC Strategic Leadership Summit and Federal Fly-In

On March 24 and 25, 2015 Kenneth M. Morgan and more than 120 other real estate professionals participated in the ICSC Strategic Leadership Summit and Federal Fly-In. Mr. Morgan discussed issues affecting his clients including e-fairness, Section 1031 of the tax code regarding like-kind exchanges, the Americans with Disabilities Act, energy-efficiency in building codes and similar laws and potential laws under consideration.
